First, make sure that air circulation in your room is nice. Good air circulation will make you able to breathe the air you need. Concentration will be awake because you feel comfortable.
Second, make sure you are well-lit workspace. Never work at a computer with a dim or dark room. The rooms are light enough important, so your eyes do not work too hard.
